Fine detail
A few common
questions.
- What's included in the price?
- Design, build, copy support, on-page SEO foundations and one round of refinements. Additional revisions or work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately. Domains, premium software, paid fonts and other third-party services are charged at cost unless the written quotation states they are included.
- Do you connect and publish the website?
- Yes. Navaire Digital connects the domain, configures the website and publishes it live. If you do not already have a domain, we will help you choose and purchase one. Domain registration is charged separately unless it is included in your written quote.
- How does payment work?
- Every project receives a written quotation and agreed scope by email first. A 50% initial payment is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is required after you have approved the completed website by email and before it is published.
- When does hosting and care start being charged?
- The first 12 months are included. From the second year onwards, the service is £10 per month — but only if you clearly agree to continue in writing. Navaire Digital contacts you by email before the first 12 months end. Nothing is charged automatically, and the service never renews on its own.
- Can I cancel hosting and care?
- Any time, by email to info@navairedigital.com. Reasonable written notice is given before a website is suspended for non-payment, and you'll be told by email what happens if you decide not to continue the managed service.
