- What's included in the price?
- Design, build, copy support, on-page SEO foundations and one round of refinements. Additional revisions or work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately. Domains, premium software, paid fonts and other third-party services are charged at cost unless the written quotation states they are included.
- How does payment work?
- Every project receives a written quotation and agreed scope by email first. A 50% initial payment is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is required after you have approved the completed website by email and before it is published.
- When does hosting and care start being charged?
- The first 12 months are included. From the second year the service costs £10 per month. Navaire Digital will contact you by email before the paid period begins — the service does not automatically renew without clear agreement.
- Can I cancel hosting and care?
- Any time, by email to info@navairedigital.com. Reasonable written notice is given before a website is suspended for non-payment, and you'll be told by email what happens if you decide not to continue the managed service.
